Refund policy

At Ooi Paris, we hope you love your piece. If for any reason it isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returning an item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition; unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging included. Please email us at ooiooi.paris@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange where stock permits. Please mention this when contacting us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Handmade & small-batch nature of our products
Many Ooi Paris pieces are produced in limited quantities using vintage, repurposed, or naturally varied materials. Small differences in colour, texture, or finish are inherent to the character of these pieces and are not considered defects. We encourage you to embrace them as part of what makes your piece one of a kind.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ooiooi.paris@gmail.com and include photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary. Exchanges will be processed where stock is available.
