Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Ooi Paris.

1. About us
Ooi Paris sells limited edition handmade headwear via this website. For any enquiries, contact us at ooiooi.paris@gmail.com.

2. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Handmade products
All Ooi Paris pieces are handmade using reclaimed and deadstock materials. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute a defect.

5. Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union only. Orders are dispatched from Belgium or France depending on product purchased. Delivery is handled by Bpost and/or Colissimo. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are typically 5–9 business days within the EU. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ooi Paris shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

9. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
